For the first time in what seems like ever, Halloween night has officially been rivaled by another calendar date campaigning for scariest day of the year: Election Day. So to make the most of both occasions, legendary nightlife icon Susanne Bartsch brought the party and the political to New York with “The White House of Horror,” MoMA PS1’s 5th Annual Halloween Ball. Photographer Dustin Pittman captures the most outlandish, over-the-top, and downright disturbing looks of the evening.
